This session will also include an outline of a new Lifecycle carbon Assessment Tool that is being developed by the HSE which is designed to support operational and embodied carbon assessment and management in the healthcare sector. The tool references the NHS Net Zero Building standard and will quantify carbon impact assessment of proposed Capital Projects at option appraisal stage.
